This gin was made in an original copper still from 1880 in the north of Spain. Five times distilled and free from genetic manipulation. Blue in colour, the Gin is made from more than fifteen different botanicals: juniper, mandarin, thyme, coriander, lemon, cinnamon, peppermint, chamomile, white pepper, sweet orange, grapefruit, lavender, spearmint, cardamom, nutmeg, angelica, red tea, tonka beans and liquorice.

Tasting notes: Earthy vanilla sweetness and notes of anise balance crisp juniper and citrus, with both bitter and sweet orange battling it out. Savoury herbs emerge alongside floral notes on the finish.
